A busy litigation practice is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience handling both Colorado state and federal cases. This role requires someone confident managing complex files, deadlines, and discovery, while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
Maintain organized case records and calendars
Qualifications:
Proven background in civil litigation (state and federal courts)
Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Salary: Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $105,000
