DLA Piper is seeking an Of Counsel to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices.

Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, are a must. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required. Strong project management skills and attention to detail is critical to success.

Pay Transparency
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $400,000 - $525,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
