LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Legal Assistant for a respected law firm in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance defense experience and a strong ability to manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and litigation support to insurance defense attorneys

  • Draft, format, and file legal documents in state and federal courts

  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules

  • Coordinate discovery, medical records, and case-related documentation

  • Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and litigation binders

  • Maintain case files and track critical deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of insurance defense legal assistant experience

  • Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing procedures

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
