Provide administrative and litigation support to insurance defense attorneys
Draft, format, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules
Coordinate discovery, medical records, and case-related documentation
Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and litigation binders
Maintain case files and track critical deadlines
Qualifications
3+ years of insurance defense legal assistant experience
Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
