LOCATION: Glendale, CA
PAY RANGE: $25 - $30/hr
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
- Primary duties will be e-filing with state and federal
- Maintain an attorney calendar including calendaring appearances and deadlines.
- Prepare notices, schedule depositions, and serve subpoenas.
- Prepare documents for e-filing with federal courts.
- Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude.
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Knowledge of California and Federal Civil Procedure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Great time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
