Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Houston) #346

The ideal candidate will also have workers compensation experience and be bilingual in Spanish.Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation as well as have great research and drafting skills.This is a full-time in-house position based out of the firm's Houston, TX office.

Qualifications

• Must be a good standing member of the Texas bar
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in all areas of personal injury law; experience in workers compensation is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Must have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial
• Must have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions
• Must have strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills
• Must have excellent research and drafting skills
• Must be skilled in evaluating cases
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload
