Job Details

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
Develop litigation strategy and case plans
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
Conduct and defend depositions
Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and consultants
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, and deadlines
