The Role
Independently manage a full lifecycle litigation caseload
Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials
Lead client communication and strategy development
Work on a range of matters including:
Offshore and maritime disputes
Personal injury and property damage claims
Environmental and regulatory issues
Advise clients on marine operations, shipping regulations, and insurance matters
What You Bring
4+ years of civil litigation experience (maritime/offshore experience strongly preferred)
Active Texas Bar admission
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Client-facing confidence with an interest in relationship development and growth
