Litigation Attorney - Offshore Energy & Marine (Houston, TX)

The Role

  • Independently manage a full lifecycle litigation caseload

  • Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Lead client communication and strategy development

  • Work on a range of matters including:

  • Environmental and regulatory issues

  • Advise clients on marine operations, shipping regulations, and insurance matters

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of civil litigation experience (maritime/offshore experience strongly preferred)

  • Active Texas Bar admission

  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage cases independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Client-facing confidence with an interest in relationship development and growth
