They have also received 42 practice areas ranked, with 9 receiving a Band1 recognition by ChambersUSA.LocationDenver, Colorado office.The Role RequiresA minimum of three years of law firm experience.Admission to the Colorado bar or eligibility to waive into the bar.Persuasive legal writer and oral advocate with substantial experience in complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other filings, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations; trial preparation experience is preferred.The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, an exceptional work ethic, and is comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
