Salary: $105,000 - $175,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a well-established, Colorado-based litigation practice representing businesses and professionals involved in complex construction and civil disputes. Our attorneys work with contractors, developers, design professionals, insurers, and other organizations navigating high-stakes claims and litigation.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to become a more capable, confident litigator rather than spending years on the sidelines. Associates are involved throughout the lifecycle of a case and receive increasing responsibility as their skills and judgment develop.

Depending on experience, you may assist with or take ownership of case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, mediation, client communication, and trial preparation.

Construction experience is welcomed but not required. We are equally interested in attorneys with strong civil litigation fundamentals who are genuinely motivated to develop expertise in construction-related disputes.

Why join us?

Substantive litigation experience: Work on matters from initial evaluation through resolution instead of being limited to narrow assignments.
Real client exposure: Communicate directly with clients, insurers, experts, and other key stakeholders.
Hands-on development: Build experience with depositions, motions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
Experienced mentorship: Learn alongside accomplished litigators through ongoing feedback, collaboration, training, and practical guidance.
Clear advancement opportunities: Follow a defined professional path with opportunities to grow into senior counsel and firm leadership roles.
Sustainable expectations: Join a practice that values excellent work while supporting a fulfilling life outside the office.
Financial upside: Attorneys may earn additional compensation based on productivity, performance, and overall contribution.
Collaborative environment: Work with attorneys who share knowledge, support one another, and take pride in producing excellent legal work.
Workplace flexibility: The practice is primarily office-centered to support mentorship and collaboration, with flexibility when appropriate.
Comprehensive benefits: Receive employer-paid health and dental coverage, disability insurance, retirement matching, paid professional expenses, flexible time off, and additional voluntary benefit options.
