SALARY: $90,000 - $250,000 annually DOE + uncapped bonus potential

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

SCHEDULE: Direct Hire | Full-Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle litigation matters with support and mentorship from experienced attorneys.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and assist with litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar, awaiting Bar Exam results, or preparing to sit for the Bar Exam. 
• Litigation experience or a demonstrated interest in building a litigation practice.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet court and client deadlines
