    Litigation Attorney – General Liability & Professional Liability Defense

    Prestigious boutique law firm in Dunwoody, GA.

    Location: Georgia
    Experience: 2–6 years
    Status: Full-Time | Partnership Track

    What You'll Do

    • Defend high-value general liability matters, including:

      • Motor vehicle accidents
      • Premises liability
      • Other tort claims involving bodily injury
    • Handle professional liability defense, including:

      • Legal malpractice
      • Broker and agent malpractice
      • Miscellaneous professional liability claims
      • Represent insured individuals, corporations, and self-insured entities
    • Manage cases from intake through resolution, including:

      • Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
      • Taking and defending depositions
      • Appearing in court and arguing motions
      • Participating in trials and appeals

    What Were Looking For

    • 2–6 years of litigation experience
    • Bodily injury or civil litigation experience preferred (not required)
    • Criminal law litigators transitioning to civil litigation are welcome
    • Active Georgia Bar license (required)
    • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
    • Desire for long-term growth and partnership
