A full‑service defense firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to support a team of 5-6 attorneys, primarily in IP Litigation with some general civil litigation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys being a trusted partner to attorneys and working on sophisticated litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in IP and general civil litigation matters
Prepare, format, file, and serve state and federal court filings
Monitor deadlines and assist with pleadings, discovery, and trial support
Organize and manage documents in a document management system
Provide administrative and litigation support as needed
Qualifications
3-5+ years of civil litigation experience (candidates with more experience also encouraged to apply)
State and federal e‑filing experience is required
IP or commercial litigation experience is a plus, not required
Confident, proactive communicator with a strong professional presence
Stable work history preferred
Experience with iManage, Intapp, or Chrome River a plus
Additional Information:
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE
