Position Overview:As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the execution of our menu, ensuring each plate is prepared with precision and care. Working closely with the culinary team, you will contribute to the creation of dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and chef's instructions.
• Work collaboratively with fellow line cooks to ensure timely and accurate food preparation during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, equipment, and ingredients.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Learn and follow recipes, techniques, and plating standards as directed by the kitchen leadership.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve menu offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent and quality dishes.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from kitchen leadership.
• Adaptability to changing menu items and special requests.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.

Benefits: $20-$24/hr DOE. Overtime hours available.
