As a Line Cook, you'll bring the heat, the hustle, and the attention to detail that keeps our kitchen running smoothly. You'll work alongside a supportive culinary team to deliver high-quality food with speed, precision, and pride.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Emmy standards
Work clean and organized in a high-volume kitchen
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation specs consistently
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Support your teammates and communicate clearly during service

Kitchen experience in a fast-paced, scratch-cook environment

Solid knife skills and ability to follow recipes
