Line Cook responsibilities include cooking and preparing food items according to given recipes, interacting with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining the highest level of food quality possible, and following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications include the ability to read and understand tickets, standing for long periods of time, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, properly using a knife and other equipment, and maintaining a current Food Handler's Certification and practicing proper sanitation procedures.
