LINE COOK WANTED

Booker s Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced, dependable line cook to join our professional kitchen team.

We are a bustling, high-volume restaurant serving American fare with a Creole influence. Our menu includes both brunch and dinner service seven days a week.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of professional line-cook experience
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
  
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking temperatures, sanitation, and kitchen safety
  
• Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and portion guidelines
  
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work well under pressure
  
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  
• Availability for brunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  

Responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized station, completing assigned prep work, and consistently meeting Booker s quality and presentation standards.
