About the Role
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium hotel kitchens, catering operations, and event venue kitchens across Northeast Florida. We need professional Line Cooks who can run a station at pace and hold the line during banquet rushes.
What You Do on a Shift
Run your assigned station - saute, grill, fry, garde manger, pantry
Execute prep and mise en place before service
Plate to spec during banquet pushes
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Coordinate with sous chef, prep team, and expediter
What We Need From You
At least 1 year of line cook experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Comfortable working in high-volume kitchen environments
Reliable transportation to venues
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
What You Get
$17-25/hr depending on experience and station
