We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Line Cook works closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, proper timing, and a clean, organized station during service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service
Ensure food is cooked, plated, and garnished correctly and on time
Follow portion control and minimize food waste
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen
Comply with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Communicate effectively with chefs, expo, and kitchen staff
Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
Qualifications
Previous line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
