Job title: Line cooks & Food preparation cooks
Resume preferred - schedule an interview - Chef on the site daily after 4 pm
Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol
Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
*Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
*Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
*Perform additional tasks as an assigned line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
* Keep walk-inn and walk-and-dry storage room organized
Pantry cook - 2 years' experience in commercial kitchens
High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
Schedule 3 pm- 10 -11 pm full-time, 36 to 42 hours weekly
*Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills
*Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
*Ability to read and follow cooking directions
*Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
*Must be organized and self-motivated
