What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station
• Deliver consistent food quality while maintaining efficient ticket times
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly and support teammates during service
• Complete assigned opening, prep, and closing responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to follow recipes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, and work in a hot, fast-paced environment. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
