What You'll Do
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch in accordance with recipes and standards
Ensure all food is executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Support menu execution, daily features, and special events
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
Follow established portioning, plating, and presentation standards
What We're Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
A strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Attention to detail and pride in consistency and presentation
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
Food Handler Certification (required)
SERVSafe Certification (preferred)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
