What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Food Preparation & Execution:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain consistent plating and portion control.
- Execute banquet and restaurant tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with prep work and station organization.
- Ensure food is served at proper temperature and presentation standards.
Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized station.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Properly label, date, and store food.
- Assist with inventory rotation (FIFO) and waste control.
- Support cost control efforts by minimizing overproduction.
Growth & Development:
- Learn multiple stations within the kitchen.
- Assist with banquet production and large-scale events.
- Participate in culinary training and cross-training opportunities.
- Develop knife skills, plating techniques, and speed under pressure.
- Gain exposure to ordering, inventory, and kitchen leadership processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8- 10-hour shift/ Flexible hours
