Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain assigned station (prep, cooking, plating)
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
