What You'll Be Doing
As a Line Cook, you'll be an important part of keeping our Smokehouse running smoothly and making sure every guest enjoys the delicious food we're known for!
- Prepare and cook menu items using grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion sizes
- Keep orders moving by communicating with your fellow team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
- Jump in and help your team wherever needed!

- Previous cooking or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
