Trident Consulting is seeking a "Licensing Compliance Specialist" for one of our clients in " Aliso Viejo, CA " A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Licensing Compliance Specialist
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Type:Contract
Rate: $40/Hr on W2

Requirement:

• Strong attention to detail. Thorough, resourceful, and highly organized. Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Able to work independently with little direction or hand-holding. Comfortable working in ambiguity and developing an approach without a predefined process.
• Must be highly professional and capable of interacting with individuals at all levels, including senior executives and C-suite leaders.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information. Additional Preferred Qualifications Prior paralegal experience may be helpful.
• Experience in a legal, quality, or regulated environment would be beneficial.
• Industry experience is nice to have but not required.
• A college degree is preferred but not required. Meredith is open to candidates with strong, relevant professional experience without a degree.
• Work Environment & Challenges There is no established manual or playbook for this work. The person stepping into the role will need to figure things out independently. Requirements vary by state, so the individual must be resourceful and comfortable navigating different state-specific requirements.
• Needs to be comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing requests. Autonomy is critical.
• This is not a role where someone will receive extensive instructions or ongoing hand-holding. Looking for a highly professional individual who can handle sensitive information and represent Glaukos appropriately.
