Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team part-time. This is a Research Assistant role, and as an LPN with clinical experience and knowledgeable in patient care and medical procedures. You are an LPN who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. Responsibilities - Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Coordinate patient visits
- Prescreening
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Maintain and Create Source Documents
- IRB Reporting
- Review and Document Patient Medical History
- Adverse Event Reporting
- EDC entry
- Quality Control
- Laboratory Collection and Processing
- Basic Pharmacy skills
Qualifications- Currently licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina
- Previous experience as an LPN is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
- GCP Certified preferred - will provide training
- IATA Certified preferred - will provide training
- Phlebotomy required
