Role Overview

This role focuses on providing structured therapy to adults and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your work supports steady progress, clear treatment goals, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing progress
• Maintain compliance with Washington State and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active Washington State LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
