1. Must have an active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Dallas, TX. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
Sell Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
Develop ongoing networking relationships
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
Base Salary $55,000 - $75,000 +bonus depending on licensing and experience

Requirements:
Insurance sales experience in Property & Casualty
Proven Life & Health insurance sales experience (required)
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Property & Casualty license (required)
