Location: Fort Wayne, IN, 46805

Job Type: Full time Permanent

Shift: Days, 9a-6p, M-F but can be flexible.

Salary: $56,118 - $90,916 Annually + Benefits

** Sign on Bonus up to $8000 & Relocation Bonus up to $4000 **

Job Summary:

Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, in accordance with the Indiana Licensing Board. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers and provides emergency services as required.

Position Requirements:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required.
• Assoc. Licensure and certifications must be kept current.
• Employees must be able to bill independently for services rendered.
• Must have a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related mental health field.
• You must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week.
