Short Term Acute Care Inpatient Medical Social Worker Care Coordination. Yes will work in all areas of the hospital including Colby and Pacific Campus' (less than 2 miles from each other.

MSW- Must have WA license

MUST HAVE ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE

Must have Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience
Strong preference for a candidate with diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED
Certs Required: BLS, WA License

Pending License accepted: WA lic required
RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 week period
