Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role and practice area but may include:
Handling matters from early case assessment through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and developing case strategy
Managing client relationships and providing practical legal advice
Participating in negotiations, mediations, and/or trial preparation
Collaborating with attorneys, partners, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in the State of California required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Experience in one or more of the practice areas listed above
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
