    Salary/Payrate: $95K-$105K annually plus a performance-based bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

    Work Environment:  Hybrid (#1 of days WFH)

    Job Description:

    Our client, an international AmLaw 100 firm, is looking to hire Legal Talent Management Specialist for their IP and Funds practices at their offices in Midtown Manhattan. This is a full time, direct hire role paying an annual base salary of $95K to $105K plus a performance-based bonus and competitive benefits package. This role will allow for remote work one day a week.

     

    Our client is looking to hire a Legal Talent Management Specialist to support the Firm’s Corporate Funds and Intellectual Property practices.

     


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day support to the Legal Talent Management Director/Senior Manager on various Corporate Department and practice group initiatives.
    • Assist with IP and Funds staffing at all levels as well as staffing for language requests.
    • Develop and foster relationships within the IP and Funds groups, frequently meeting with the associates and counsel one-on-one.
    • Serve as point of contact for attorney vacation requests and upkeep of data.
    • Manage the Corporate Department calendar, and serve as point of contact with Conference Reservations, Flik and IS on various services required.
    • Work with the Events team to plan practice group events for the IP and Funds groups.
    • Assist with all aspects of the evaluation process, including assembling review packets.
    • Schedule and prepare materials and talking points for partner meetings.
    • Review and approve attorney expenses in Chrome River for appreciate dinners and morale activities.
    • Oversee the mentorship programs within the IP and Funds groups.
    • Assist the Legal Talent Management Department with various other administrative duties.

      

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree required. Two to three years of law firm, professional services or business experience is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication ability, including writing, editing and presentation skills.
    • Understanding of the pressures of working in a corporate environment and manages stress well; hours need to flexible to accommodate business needs.
    • Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously, including confidential matters.
    • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent inter-personal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Resourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire and energy to use a “whatever it takes” approach to ensure team success.
    • Exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for the job and related projects.
