The Litigation Legal Secretary will provide essential administrative and organizational support to a team of litigation attorneys. Based in Stamford, this role focuses on managing legal documents, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Description
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court appearances.
- File legal documents electronically and maintain organized case files.
- Handle communication with clients, court personnel, and other external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings and other required documents.
- Assist with billing processes, including drafting invoices and tracking client accounts.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.
Profile
A successful Litigation Legal Secretary should have:
- 3+ years of legal support experience, ideally supporting litigation attorneys.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Offer
