We're hiring an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant / Litigation Legal Secretary to support a busy Intellectual Property Litigation team in our downtown San Diego office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex, high-stakes matters.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in supporting attorneys handling sophisticated intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters in federal courts and administrative forums. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing a heavy litigation desk with competing deadlines.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $85,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
