YOUR SCHEDULE
Our Legal Receptionist - Clerical Assistant works from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
YOUR DAY
When you become our Legal Receptionist - Clerical Assistant, you will:
- Handle our multi-line phone system, quickly answer incoming phone calls, and direct calls to the correct person
- Warmly greet clients and help out however possible
- Scan a high volume of documents and properly sort them to keep files organized
- Create new case files and open up claims
- Provide bilingual English/Spanish support as needed
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
