Legal Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal Data Entry specialist for a part-time temporary position based in St. Louis, MO. This role involves converting paper records into digital formats and is anticipated to last 8-9 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Project A (Compliance): Enter data from paper attendance lists and policy attestations into Excel spreadsheets, utilizing internal resources.
• Project B (Legal): Scan documents and catalog them in agency file libraries, including M-files and network drives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Touch typing speed of 45+ WPM.
• Proficient in navigating and entering data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Internet searching.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Comfortable working in an open and sometimes noisy environment.
• Able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with lunch), totaling 28 hours per week.

Benefits

This position offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour. It is a temporary assignment for 2 months and requires onsite work in St. Louis, MO.

The pay rate is fixed at $24.00 per hour, with no variations in the maximum or minimum pay. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of data within the organization.
