The Legal Counsel will provide legal support and practical, business-oriented guidance to the Company's Development, Construction, Capital Markets, and Project Operations teams. This role will manage a broad range of real estate development, construction, financing, and transactional matters while partnering closely with business leaders to support project execution and mitigate legal risk.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented attorney who can independently manage complex matters, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver solutions that balance legal requirements with business objectives.
