This is reflected in our commitment to engage, hire, and retain bright, committed people to work in partnership within an inclusive environment that allows each person to achieve personal success and add value to our teams and communities.We are currently looking for a Legal Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.The Legal Coordinator is an integral member of the team and will support the attorneys, the Leadership Team and Board of Directors and business stakeholders across the organization.Key responsibilitiesProvide integral support for the General Counsel's work with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, scheduling, communication, and supportSupport the General Counsel in prioritizing and completing strategic action items related to the Board of Directors and Leadership TeamHelp coordinate the preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetingsTrack General Counsel group strategic initiatives, special projects, timelines, and deliverablesSchedule and coordinate key subsidiary board of director meetingsHelp coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, expense reporting, and logistical support for the Board of Directors and executive leadershipProvide support for annual sustainability data collection and reportingProvide support organizing and maintaining the company's vendor contractsPrepare, proofread, and file important legal forms and documents, including executing Section 16 filings, various state filings, and maintain accurate corporate recordsProvide general legal administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and deadline trackingQualificationsThe ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills who enjoys being able to operate independently to handle competing priorities with critical deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive "can do" attitudeStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlinesDemonstrated discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle highly confidential informationAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, and document management systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredYou must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this role, we cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
