Legal Biller (DTLA AM Law Firm)

What You'll Do

• Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices using the firm's billing platform
• Support billing cycles, accrual processes, and monthly financial reporting
• Manage expense documentation and billing-related records
• Assist with e-billing submissions through client billing portals
• Generate and maintain Excel reports and billing analytics
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and finance professionals to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the accounting department

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of legal billing experience, ideally within a mid-sized or large law firm
• Experience with platforms such as 3E, E-Billing Hub, Chrome River, or similar systems is highly preferred
