Description

This is a professional position for an independent, motivated, experienced Legal Assistant at a quickly growing, boutique family law firm.
Our Firm was just recently honored as the Women Owned Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and we are on a 
path of continued growth and expansion.  Our newest Legal Assistant will support two Family Law Attorneys who practice in Montgomery, 
Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Counties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Filing legal pleadings;
2. Sending outgoing mail and processing incoming mail;
3. Client interaction and providing exemplary client services;
4. Opening and closing client files;
5. Communication with the Courts;
6. Organizing and tracking attorney reminder and tasks systems;
7. Maintaining attorney schedules;
8. Other administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals.

We are a fast paced firm, and the right candidate must be able to multi-task and operate well under pressure.
Experience in a litigation law firm is *required*.  The Legal Assistant must have a commitment to maintain clients' 
confidential information, and must be dedicated to providing superior client relations.

This position includes paid time off, mileage reimbursements, and other benefits, including paid health insurance, dental insurance,
vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and 401(k)  match.  Salary will be discussed, and is based on experience.
