Join Malki Law Offices, an award winning Personal Injury law firm, as a Legal Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about the law and eager to contribute to our clients' success in the field of Personal Injury law.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files.
Setting up insurance claims and obtaining insurance information
Ordering Medical Records for Paralegals and Attorneys
Manage case calendars and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties regarding case updates.
Draft correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting preferred.
Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
