ProfileTHIS POSITION REQUIRES 2-3 DAYS IN OFFICE AT OUR PHOENIX, ARIZONA CAMPUS. Our Department of Defense contract requires US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation for this position. Veterans, Reservists, Guardsmen and military family members are encouraged to apply!Job SummarySupports the Office of the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer (CCLO) with daily office operations. Drafts routine correspondence, maintains and updates departmental documents and spreadsheets, processes incoming and outgoing mail, and orders office supplies. Establishes and maintains department filing system, including assisting with the online contract management system. Coordinates committee meeting logistics, attends meetings, and prepares meeting minutes.
