    What You Will Do

    • Case Management: Manage and organize legal documents, files, and discovery processes.
    • Drafting & Proofreading: Prepare, format, and meticulously proofread legal correspondence and documents for errors or inconsistencies.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys.
    • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, coordinating with clients, witnesses, and other parties while providing excellent customer service.
    • Administration: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and assist with heavy clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and transcription.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Software Proficiency: Strong experience with legal case management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and e-filing systems (specifically PACER & GreenFiling).
    • Project Management: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, juggle deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry and proofreading skills to ensure all legal documents are perfectly accurate.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a law firm setting, ideally within personal injury or criminal defense, is highly preferred.
