Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is a floater position and will support multiple practice areas.

This position is hybrid - 4 days in office. Litigation experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Handling attorney billing
  • Entering attorney time
  • Maintaining files
  • Managing calendars
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent legal assistant experience
  • Litigation experience including e-filing required
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
