Legal Assistant (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support its Research and Analytics team. The selected candidate will review hospital schedules contained in PDF files and manually extract and organize the information into a standardized format for comparison against timesheet data.

• Review hospital schedules provided in PDF format.
• Accurately extract and enter schedule information into a unified tracking format.
• Compare and organize data for use in timesheet analysis.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Support additional research, administrative, and data-entry assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant administrative, legal support, or data-entry experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review large amounts of information and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
