As Legal Assistant on the Litigation team, you will be responsible for, handling the processes related to each case, filing documents on behalf of the attorney and following up with all applicable parties in a professional and timely way. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files (up to 15 lbs), open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
