We're hiring a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our [Location] team. This is the person who keeps cases moving and clients reassured — and for the right person, it's the start of a long career with us, not a stop along the way.
What your days look like:
Managing a caseload of personal injury and PIP matters from intake through settlement or suit
Gathering and organizing medical records, bills, wage-loss documentation, and accident reports
Drafting demand packages, client correspondence, and litigation documents
Being a calm, knowledgeable point of contact for clients who are hurting and worried
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our attorneys, adjusters, providers, and the courts
What we're looking for:
Experience in personal injury, PIP, or plaintiff's-side litigation (we'll invest in the right person who's early in their career, too)
Excellent writing and an instinct for organization and follow-through
Grace under a full caseload and firm deadlines
Genuine care for clients — bilingual English/Spanish is a real plus
