Quality System & Governance Compliance: Maintain adherence to T&D content standards, participate in interdepartmental review of content for branding/legal language/grammar adherence, facilitate review cycles and manage stakeholder completion, and follow all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements across all developed assets to align with US regulatory regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with T&D Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, technical SMEs, global teams, and cross-functional teams to gather content, script instructional materials, and edit content for effective knowledge transfer.

Tooling & Platform Support: Build interactive media using standard rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Powtoon, video production software) and assist in publishing assets within the learning platform infrastructure.

Regulatory & Quality Systems: Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g., diagnostics, IVD, healthcare, or medical devices) with solid familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, document control, and ISO standards.

Communication & Instructional Editing: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to perform instructional editing, translate complex technical inputs, and effectively partner with subject matter experts.
