A national residential real estate company is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to support leadership development, learning initiatives, and business programs. This temporary, full-time role is based in an office environment. The position provides administrative, coordination, and creative support across multiple initiatives, with occasional travel required. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, Workday HCM experience, advanced Canva proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to provide program coordination and operational support for leadership development and learning initiatives. The role will assist with planning and executing programs and events, coordinating project activities, preparing communications and materials, and supporting stakeholders across the organization. The specialist will use Workday HCM to help manage relevant processes and information, while applying advanced Canva skills to create polished presentations, promotional materials, and other program content. This position is well suited to an organized professional with experience in executive assistance, project support, event coordination, learning and development, or organizational development. The role requires effective multitasking, attention to detail, and occasional travel estimated at 5–10% annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate leadership development programs, learning initiatives, meetings, and events.
  • Provide project and administrative support to ensure activities remain organized and on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Use Workday HCM to support program administration and related business processes.
  • Create presentations, communications, event materials, and other visual content using Canva.
  • Coordinate logistics, calendars, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support learning and organizational development activities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and provide timely follow-up on action items.
  • Travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% annually, to support business needs.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion in all work.
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in executive assistance, program or event coordination, project support, or a related area.
  • At least two years of Workday HCM experience, preferably with superuser or administrator-level exposure.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Canva.
  • Experience supporting learning and development or organizational development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% annually.
  • Availability to work either 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch.
